Job Summary:

Traveling to multi job Site Completing multiple daily project such as Floor project, Carpets, windows, ETC. Must have theability to lead other crew members during various projects.Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible. 

• Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet, and brick flooring
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure
• Leverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriate  
• Observe safety precautions at all times, uses safety signs “wet floor”
• Ability to work without normal supervision
• Reports safety hazards when identified
• Safely drive a company vehicle
• Must have the following knowledge:
• Striping and waxing VCT floors
• Ceramics and Grout cleaning knowledge
• Carpet care experience
• Upholstery cleaning knowledge

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience
• Strong communication skills
• Must be willing to work assigned hours
• Have a Driver's license with a good to excellent driving record
