The Sr. Account Executive role develops and maintains high level relationships with Harvard’s clients in Minneapolis. The position works closely with Harvard’s Field Operations and Sales team to delight existing clients while increasing sales to those clients through obtaining additional services. The position plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction through executing quality assurance inspections as well as general customer service activities.
