Position Objective

The Sr. Account Executive role develops and maintains high level relationships with Harvard’s clients in Minneapolis. The position works closely with Harvard’s Field Operations and Sales team to delight existing clients while increasing sales to those clients through obtaining additional services. The position plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction through executing quality assurance inspections as well as general customer service activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet regularly with clients to ensure Customer satisfaction while increasing company revenue by selling additional services.
  • Create and track cleaning quotes for additional building and tenant services; including follow-up, billing and collection.
  • Support the Vice President and the operations team in assuring that new clients are fully operational on the HarvardSmart Platform.
  • Ensure quality of services being provided through the execution of quality assurance inspections.
  • Represent Harvard at industry association events as well as participating in association committees. Be a liaison between Harvard and the Real Estate Community.
  • Actively participate in Operations and Sales meetings by communicating important client information and market happenings and trends.
  • Be a team player, results driven, and continuously learning and improving.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years of related work experience.
  • Strong Customer Service mentality and experience in delighting customers.  
  • Experience in the Property or Facility Management field, selling services or products to Property or Facility Managers is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with ability to work in a fast paced energetic environment.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to self-manage daily activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, and Powerpoint.
